ESPACE 115
SCHÜCO
Studio Jean-Marc Gady unveils Schüco’s very first Parisian showroom, the world leader in aluminium joinery systems (windows, doors, façades and sliding systems). Located at 115 rue Réaumur, Espace 115 establishes itself as an experiential venue, designed to embody the brand’s identity and encourage interaction with its various audiences: private clients, architects, specifiers and partners.

A living space where Schüco products become architecture itself; integrated at the heart of the design, they guide visitors through a fluid and sensory journey.

The visitor’s journey begins with a 12 m² central patio, entirely built with Schüco glazed systems. This scenographic feature presents a poetic installation evoking a vegetal whirlwind animated by light. Stepping inside, visitors are enveloped by freshness, natural scents and the sound of wind, offering an immersive demonstration of the acoustic, thermal and mechanical performance of the joinery systems.

Surrounding the patio, the reception area opens onto a large table that immerses visitors in the brand's manufacturing process and business model, from aluminium recycling to the finished product.
On the lower level, visitors encounter the architect’s office, the Schüco Academy, an executive office, and a meeting room fitted with Priva-Lite glass. At the heart of this floor lies the central lounge, bathed in light from a ceiling that mirrors the shape and position of the patio above, strengthening the visual and spatial connection between the two levels. Large lighted display shelves showcase an extensive collection of “crosses,” the window samples characteristic of the brand’s technical offering.

The adaptability of the spaces is brought to life through Schüco’s own solutions. The folding glass wall in the Architect’s office opens the space entirely onto the rest of the showroom, creating a seamless flow. A retractable screen and integrated projector effortlessly transform the lounge into a conference area. The showroom itself is a living, flexible environment, thoughtfully designed to evolve with every use.

The studio designed the entire visitor experience, from fixed furnishings—shelves, worktables, and display tables—to mobile units that showcase products such as handles and accessories.
More than just an exhibition space, Espace 115 is a manifesto showroom, where Schüco solutions form the guiding thread of the design and are revealed through an immersive and sensory environment.
