To celebrate the holiday season, Studio Jean-Marc Gady has transformed the iconic Montblanc pen into a calligraphy-writing robot, which creates holiday wishlists.
Studio Jean-Marc Gady created an installation for Montblanc : an intelligent robot displayed in its boutiques select cities around the world. It creates a holiday wish list with the help of the iconic Montblanc pen and can transform text into a variety of holiday symbols.
Only a few centimeters in diameter, the robot moves back and forth hypnotically, enabling the pen to write a text that ultimately forms a captivating image. The robot is capable of creating over 170 phrases in 8 different languages.
The window display will enchant passersby throughout the world with gigantic illustrations representing snowflakes, presents, stars… and Montblanc iconic items.
