"I wanted my studio to be multidisciplinary considering that knowledge of one field strengthens creativity of another"

After an experience as Art Director for window displays and events at Louis Vuitton, designer and interior architect Jean-Marc Gady set up his own studio in Paris in 2006.

Today, the Studio Jean-Marc Gady’s remit encompasses both product design – furniture, light fittings, tableware, industrial design – and interior architecture – stores, restaurants, hotels, retail – scenography, and museography.

The studio team reflects this multi-facetted approach, and includes product designers, interior architects and 3D specialists.

The numerous references in product design and spatial architecture, mainly originating in the luxury goods sector, and the diversity of completed projects, identify the global expertise of Studio Jean-Marc Gady, from artistic direction to design study.

Studio Jean-Marc Gady is today endowed with a network of partners, artisans, French and international industrialists. Whether in terms of craftsmanship, industrial techniques or new technologies, the firm shares a simple ambition with its partners: true design.

Graduated in design and interior architecture, his career began in furniture, lighting and tableware, working for Ligne Roset and Liv’it. He was awarded several VIA permanent call grants for project development.

In 2002 he joined Louis Vuitton as art director for display windows and events, around the world.

In 2005, he set up his own design studio in Paris. The Studio Jean-Marc Gady remit encompasses both product design (furniture, light fittings, tableware, industrial design) and interior architecture (stores, restaurants, hotels, retail – scenography).

As same time as his studio activity, Jean-Marc Gady has pursued author creations – see the collection.
